After spending 25 years in the boating industry, Barry Turner began his Real Estate/Auction career with firsthand knowledge of marketing and a background of exceptional customer service. Barry uses many marketing techniques to give his client’s property the best chance to sell and sell quickly. With his vast knowledge of technology, and always keeping on the cutting edge with new methods of marketing, Barry makes sure his client’s properties have the most exposure possible. Barry works closely with each client having the goal of not only successfully completing their transaction, but making sure it is an enjoyable experience as well. Barry strives to deal with each client as if they are his only client and is never too busy to answer their questions, or help with concerns.

Barry’s background has also provided him with a vast knowledge of the area, not only in Pulaski County, but the entire state of Kentucky. He has listed and sold property all over the state of Kentucky. Barry has often said, “my vehicle IS my office” as he travels many miles to ensure his client’s, both buyers and sellers, needs are met. Whether it is a “First Time Home Buyer” or Corporate Merger, he excels in the challenge of putting the puzzle together!

Barry is a graduate of the Kentucky Auction Academy and joined the Progressive Auction Group team in 2010. He has since then attained his Principal Auctioneers License. Barry has been an agent with Century 21 Advantage since 2011 and said, “I am very blessed to work with such professional, caring and honest people, not only with my auction team, but my real estate team as well”. When Barry is not researching property for clients he enjoys attending sporting events, working in his church and spending time at home with his family.
